Damion Roberts responded promptly to my request for a piper for my father's memorial service. When I responded by calling him, he returned my call quickly. He was professional, pleasant to deal with, and it was easy to make arrangements with him for the occasion. The day of the memorial, he arrived early to check out the facility, do sound tests and get a schedule for the service to know his cues. He played beautifully and helped set the mood to honoring a fallen military officer. He was dignified, kind, talented and professional. I just wanted to say how pleased I am with my July 2009 purchase of AB3 engraved deluxe McCallum bagpipes from Lone Star Piper (LSP). I checked out several well-known sites for the cost and delivery of the pipes and found LSP to be the least expensive and had a quick delivery! I might add that Damion Roberts gave me excellent service with helpful advice. I highly recommend LSP for your bagpipe needs - you can't go wrong!
